Andretta Behavior Analysts, Inc. is a company that provides consultation, supervision, and training of the application of the principles of behavior analysis to the education of children on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of: discrete trial instruction, errorless teaching procedures, data collection and analysis, implementation and ongoing evaluation of behavior contracts and motivational systems, curriculum adaptation and development, writing behavioral objectives, verbal behavior procedures, procedures to teach self-management, functional behavioral assessments, individualized instruction, & individualized training of staff members/parents who are educating each student
 

Founder

     Andretta Behavior Analysts was founded by Melissa J. Andretta, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Melissa brings to the firm doctoral training in behavior analysis and disorders from Columbia University, a School Administrator/ Supervisor Certificate (SAS), NYS Special Education Certification and over ten years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
